Paste is designed to be fully accessible from the keyboard and includes a variety of useful shortcuts. Covering everything from general actions to more specific functions, these shortcuts speed up your workflow.

Below, you’ll find the complete list of Paste’s shortcuts. To use a shortcut, press and hold one or more modifier keys (such as Command, Control, etc.), and then press the final key of the shortcut.

General shortcuts

Show and hide Paste: ⇧Shift + ⌘Cmd + V

Select the next item: ->

Select the previous item: <-

Paste selected items: ⏎Return

Paste selected items as Plain Text: ⇧Shift + ⏎Return

Delete selected items: Delete

Copy selected items to clipboard: ⌘Cmd + C

Quick-look preview of selected item: Space

Rename selected item: ⌘Cmd + R

Edit selected item: ⌘Cmd + E

Quick Paste: ⌘Cmd + 1…9

Quick paste as Plain Text: ⇧Shift + ⌘Cmd + 1…9

Extend items selection one item to the right: ⇧Shift + ->

Extend items selection one item to the left: ⇧Shift + <-

Select the first item in the list: ⌘Cmd + ↑

Select the last item in the list: ⌘Cmd + ↓

Select all items: ⌘Cmd + A

Activate Paste Stack: ⇧Shift + ⌘Cmd + C

Open selected Link or File items: ⌘Cmd + O

Create new Pinboard: ⇧Shift + ⌘Cmd + N

Go to the next Pinboard: ⌘Cmd + ->

Go to the previous Pinboard: ⌘Cmd + <-

Search: ⌘Cmd + F

Show Settings: ⌘Cmd + ,

Quit Paste: ⌘Cmd + Q
