Restoring purchases
If Paste fails to restore your subscription, make sure that you are logged in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription on all devices, and that the subscription is active in your account.
If the subscription is active, and can’t access Paste on one of your devices:
- make sure that you are logged in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription on all devices,
- and that the subscription is active in your account.
- make sure that your devices is connected to the Internet
- press the “Restore” button and follow the instructions
- restart your devices and try restoring again
If everything looks good but Paste still fails to detect your subscription, try to delete Paste and re-install it from the AppStore.
