Option in settings to choose either standard black menu bar icon or orange

I have many menubar icons and would love to choose a menubar icon with the same orange background as the app icon to make it easier to quickly pick it out of the sea of black menubar icons. But some users would hate a colored menubar icon so a setting to choose either would be needed. Thanks.
