Logitech Options+ Compatibility Issues

I use the MX Master 3 for Mac and when I create a shortcut with customized buttons for Paste.app in Options+, the actions don't work. For example, horizontal scroll should work when the Paste.app is activated; however, it continues to switch desktops. I'm unsure if this is a Logitech issue or something that could be resolved by your team. I'd be happy to provide further user feedback if this offers value for other Logitech users.
