Clipy-like window

It would be very nice to have feature like in Clipy app. That app is an old one, so it has a lot of bugs and problems, so I'd love to see the same functions in Paste. So how does it work? You press the hotkey and a small window appears. You choose a folder and then a name of the content that will be saved there. After clicking the content will be pasted into the selected field. In Clipy it is called snippet.
