Ability to move bar to any side of screen & make it appear by moving cursor there

I'd love to be able to have the bar holding my clips be on the right side of my screen, and have it automatically appear and disappear as I move my cursor there and away. If I can already do these things, please let me know!

Yes, I'm with you. If you can also make it where it gets pinned at 1/4 of my screen size by using something like Rectangle. That way I can move it to where I want it and I don't have to be switching back and forth between windows.
