Allow manual Import/Export of all clips

Whenever I format my Mac, I have to enable the cloud sync feature, so the newly installed Mac has the clips. I prefer doing manual import/export as I may have sensitive info saved there and I'm afraid of enabling the cloud sync with this kind of data.
