App Rules - Security Issue

You really need to add a feature to exclude certain apps. Users should be able to exclude things like password managers. This is especially true given that the content is transmitted to and stored on iCloud as plain text. At a minimum, it would be good if you could add that explicitly as a reminder when you first open the app. That would be helpful even for people who usually think of things like that (like me in this case).
