Have an Optional Window That Always Shows Current Clipboard Item

How about having an optional window that always shows the Current Clipboard Item. It would always be open (if turned on in Settings) and always stay on top of all other windows (maybe as a toggle option). Also, have it resizeable so you can have it in a convenient location and size on the screen. (ie. not jumping around in size depending on if you have text or different size images.) This window could also have a convenient button to "Show the Paste Palette" (in case it's not what you want to be in the Clipboard). A couple of other buttons could be "Paste to App" and "Copy to Paste Stack". :)
