Option for second keyboard shortcut to activate Paste

Currently, Paste allows you to specify a keyboard shortcut to activate Paste: the default is Command + Shift + V. I'd like to request an option for an additional second keyboard shortcut to do exactly the same action. This would be useful if users want to use the standard Command + Shift + V, and additionally use a function key, primarily on external keyboards. For me, I would use the default Command + Shift + V, plus F13 on my external Magic Keyboard. I know it sounds repetitive, but for me, it's just a convienence thing to be able to use both. Thanks!
