Add a shortcut key to paste the most recently copied item as plain text

In the current Paste feature, if "Always Paste as Plain Text" is not enabled, you must open the main panel before you can use a shortcut to paste as plain text. I would like to add a shortcut key, similar to Command+V, but one that pastes the item as plain text, making it convenient to paste the most recently copied item as plain text without opening the main panel.
