Adjustment for sound

I have many years of using ClipMate for Windows, so I am well familiar with many of the functions these programs can offer. I would suggest the following for Paste, which I think is an excellent program, albeit not Perfect. 1) Increase the options for auditory feedback for operations such as capturing a clip. I rely heavily on this since I do not like to have to look at the screen all the time. Furthermore, I am extremely hard of hearing and can barely detect the single audio signal that PASTE offers with a successful capture. I would add a number of options to respond to an attempted capture with Paste, such as successful, unsuccessful, etc. Look at what ClipMate offers in this respect. I would also allow the user to define their own sounds for this. For somebody who is hard of hearing, it is much harder to detect a monophasic audio signal with a very limited frequency content that only lasts approximately 100 milliseconds, as opposed to a much longer duration and varying waveform with a richer frequency content. Also, allow control over the volume of this feedback. There currently is none. For the Hard of Hearing or Deaf, A visual feedback icon somewhere on the screen would also be valuable as well.
