Visible URL source for copied content

For text (for example) copied from a website, it would be helpful to be able to see at a glance the website/URL from which it was copied.

    This would save a lot of time and energy, especially if it also worked for files. I'd be able to spend less time manually labeling things or re-looking-up disembodied content, and it would get rid of problems like, "What was that thing I copied from [file or website] the other day?" My working memory is awful, so that happens a *lot*.
