Activate a website (Direct) license

If you bought Paste directly from our website, here's how to activate it.

How to activate

When you complete your purchase, you receive an order confirmation email with a link to activate Paste. Click that link and follow the instructions on the activation page — that's all it takes.

Alternatively, download Paste from our website and enter your license key to activate it.

Activate your other devices

You only need to activate your license once, on a single device. Your other devices then activate automatically, as long as each one is signed in with the same Apple ID and has iCloud Keychain turned on.

If one of your devices isn't picking up your license, make sure it's signed in with the same Apple ID and that iCloud Keychain is enabled, then reopen Paste.

Manage your devices

You can see where your license is active and manage your devices by managing your license on our website. From there you can deactivate a device — for example, before selling a Mac or to free up an activation for a new one.

My key says it is invalid

If your license key is reported as invalid, Contact us and we will sort it out. Include the key and where you bought it so we can match it to the current app.
