Manage your subscription
You can change or cancel your Paste subscription anytime, but where you do it depends on where you bought Paste. Your subscription is managed by the store you purchased from, not by Paste directly.
Where your subscription is managed
Paste is sold through three channels, and each one handles billing in its own place:

App Store — manage your subscription in Apple’s subscription settings, the same place you manage every other App Store subscription.

Direct (from our website) — manage your subscription at hub.pasteapp.io.

Setapp — manage your subscription in the Setapp app.
If you are not sure which channel you bought through, check where you were charged: an Apple receipt means the App Store, a charge from our website means Direct, and a Setapp membership covers Paste as part of its bundle.
How to cancel
Cancel in the same place you manage billing for your channel:

App Store — open Apple’s subscription settings and turn off renewal for Paste.

Direct — sign in at hub.pasteapp.io and cancel from there.

Setapp — manage or cancel your Setapp membership in the Setapp app.
When you cancel, you keep using Paste until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end your current access immediately.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, not by Paste:

Bought on the App Store — request a refund from Apple.

Bought Direct from our website — request a refund through our website checkout.

Bought through Setapp — refunds are handled by Setapp.

Switching from Setapp to a personal subscription
There is no in-place transfer between channels. To move from Setapp to a personal subscription, cancel your Setapp membership (or stop using Paste through Setapp) and buy a personal plan separately. The same applies to switching between any two channels: cancel the old one, then buy the new one.
When you buy a personal plan, choose the channel that fits you and activate it:

Buy on the App Store and restore your purchase in Paste. See Restoring purchases.
