Set up and manage Paste for Teams
Paste for Teams gives a whole team access to Paste under a single plan with one invoice. You buy it on the website, choose how many seats you need, and share one license key so each teammate can activate Paste.
How team billing works
Paste for Teams is purchased from the Paste for Teams page, not through the App Store. It is billed per user, monthly or annually — see the Teams page or the pricing page for current rates.
You can buy multiple seats at once. Larger teams get volume discounts, and the whole plan is charged on a single invoice rather than per person.
The team plan is a website purchase, so it is billed and handled outside the App Store. For general billing questions, see Manage your subscription.
How team members get access
Your team plan is one license key with a slot for each seat you bought — a five-seat plan activates on up to five devices. Everyone on the team uses that same key, so nobody has to buy Paste separately. To add a teammate, give them the key: they download Paste, open it, and enter the key to activate. Each activation uses one slot.
This is not iCloud Family Sharing. The Family plan in the App Store shares Paste with up to six people, including you, through iCloud Family Sharing, but a team plan is a separate website purchase and works differently. If you are choosing between plans, see Choose a plan.
Manage your team's devices
See every device your license is active on — and free up a slot when someone leaves — from your account on our website. Sign in with the email you used to buy the plan, then deactivate any device you want to remove. Deactivating frees a slot, so you can hand the key to someone new.
Change how many seats you have
Adding or removing seats, or any question about your team billing, is handled with us directly. Contact us and let us know how many seats you want to add or remove and the email you used to buy the plan, and we will update it and confirm the change to your billing.
