Set up and manage Paste for Teams

Paste for Teams gives a whole team access to Paste under a single plan with one invoice. You buy it on the website, choose how many seats you need, and distribute access to your team members.

How team billing works

Paste for Teams is purchased from the Paste for Teams page, not through the App Store. It is billed per user, monthly or annually — see the Teams page or the pricing page for current rates.

You can buy multiple seats at once. Larger teams get volume discounts, and the whole plan is charged on a single invoice rather than per person.

The team plan is a website purchase, so it is billed and handled outside the App Store. For general billing questions, see Manage your subscription.

How team members get access

A team plan covers multiple seats under one purchase, so each member gets access without buying Paste separately. There is no self-serve seat dashboard, so seats are set up and assigned with our help — contact us and we will get your team members set up.

This is not iCloud Family Sharing. The Family plan in the App Store shares Paste with up to six people, including you, through iCloud Family Sharing, but a team plan is a separate website purchase and works differently. If you are choosing between plans, see Choose a plan.

Add a team member

To add a person, change how many seats you have, or remove a member, contact us and let us know:

• Whether you want to add or remove seats, and how many.

• The email address of the person who should get access, if you are adding someone.

• The email or account you used to buy the team plan, so we can find it.

We will update your seats and confirm the change to your billing.
